Why has the CSR network decided to support the CHAT project?
“Because the CSR network gathers professionals who work in companies which are sensitive to social causes and the FGM issue faced by L’Albero della Vita Foundation is of great importance for us too. It was a real pleasure to contribute to the realization of the project.”
How important is to address sensitive issues such as FGM in companies?
“The enterprise, willing or not, contributes to create the culture. Indeed, an enterprise has values, spreads values and faces some challenges. In this case, I think that businesses can move, can become a sounding board, putting such important cause within their communication and social responsibility policies. I think that it’s important for the success of the project having the companies in the foreground in the awareness campaign about FGM.”
